5. The right to restrict processing, for example while we are reviewing the accuracy or completeness of data, or deciding on whether any request for erasure is valid. In such cases we shall continue to store the data, but will not further process it until such time as we have resolved the issue.

1.2. By placing an order through this website you agree to these terms and conditions.

2.1. When you place an order you will receive a confirmation via e-mail.

2.2. Orders are typically processed within 1 working day once payment has been received. Orders for prints are usually delivered within 3-5 days. Canvases, acrylics and other more specialist products are usually delivered within 14 days.

2.3. Orders for prints are downloadable by may be delivered by Royal Mail.

3.1. Orders can be amended or cancelled and refunded at any time up until the order goes to print. Once the order has been sent to print the order can not be cancelled. To request an amendment or to cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible.

4.1. The Copyright of all the images on this website belongs to the photographer, Savvy Photography. Reproduction of the prints supplied is strictly forbidden without a prior licensing agreement.

4.2. Images are available for license and will be the subject of terms and conditions under a separate licence agreement.

4.3. Digital image files purchased from this website are royalty free, meaning they can be reproduced an infinite number of times in any medium or format without any further fees being incurred; image files must not be resold and cannot be transferred to third parties. Exclusive royalty free images are available at an enhanced rate and will be withdrawn from sale upon completion of the purchase. Both Royalty Free and Exclusive Royalty Free images can be used worldwide.

5.1 You shall indemnify and defend the photographer against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, arising out of or related to (i) a breach of this Agreement, (ii) the use or modification of any image or combination of any image with any other material, (iii) your failure to abide by any restriction regarding the use of an image, or (iv) any claim by a third party related to the use of an image, alone or in combination with any other material. The photographer warrants ownership of the copyright for the image.
